Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JATES — the website, desktop app, and mobile apps — operated by Vira Hub LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using JATES, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What JATES is
JATES helps you find jobs and fills application forms from your saved profile and your past answers, so you type less. JATES prepares and queues applications — you review each one and press Submit yourself. JATES does not submit applications on your behalf.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction (at least 16).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use JATES for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading job applications.
- Submit information that isn't yours or that you're not authorized to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service to spam employers or violate the terms of third-party job sites.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service for you (for example, filling your applications and syncing your devices). How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party sites and employers
JATES interacts with third-party job portals and employer sites that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, decisions, availability, or terms, and we don't guarantee any job outcome, response, or interview.
Service "as is"
JATES is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that auto-filled content will always be correct — which is why you review every application before submitting it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vira Hub LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising out of your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using JATES and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we're required to act on by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
