How do I reset my password?
On the login page, tap "Forgot?" and follow the emailed code to set a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a password — just use that same button to sign in.
Which devices does JATES work on?
JATES runs on the web, a desktop app (Windows, macOS, Linux), and Android and iOS. Your profile, documents, and history sync across every device you sign in to.
Does JATES submit applications for me?
No. JATES fills in and queues an application from your profile and past answers, then stops — you review it and press Submit yourself. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app's menu and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your profile, documents, Q&A history, and job activity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
