Compliance Monitoring Manager

Oversees the entire compliance monitoring program, making sure it’s grounded in risk assessment and meets regulatory standards. Develops and carries out various monitoring activities like thematic reviews, control testing, and detailed investigations. Evaluates potential issues, their origins, and any regulatory violations, then offers clear solutions. Monitors the progress of corrective measures to ensure they are properly executed and effective. Keeps detailed records and dashboards ready for internal audits and regulatory checks. Needs a bachelor’s degree in Law, business, or a similar area, plus at least four years of relevant experience in a regulated Maltese environment.
