Designs, develops, and evolves fundamental systems that support Hopper's post-reservation customer experience. Focuses on creating self-service experiences within the Hopper app and integrated partner channels, internal platforms for efficient and high-quality human resolution, and HTS Assist, Hopper's leading AI agent platform used internally and offered as a B2B solution to global travel partners. Collaborates closely with Product, Design, AI, Data, and Operations teams to ensure seamless and scalable support for millions of travelers across chat, voice, web, and third-party channels. Requires strong software engineering skills and experience in building robust, reliable systems.
