Designs and builds the core systems behind Hopper’s post-booking experience, ensuring fast and high-quality support at scale. Responsibilities include developing customer self-serve experiences, internal agent platforms, and HTS Assist, Hopper’s agentic AI platform. Requires expertise in scalable system design, conversational AI, and collaboration with Product, Design, AI, Data, and Operations teams. Must be registered as self-employed in Ireland and handle all local tax and social security responsibilities.
